  Excellent food, worth the wait Come here on Saturdays for fresh soy milk. It's a line, but your milk will be guaranteed made within minutes of your arrival. The crispy fried tofu in sesame and onion or pepper is chunky and fresh. I also recommend their boba and the sweet tofu with ginger. Yes this is Eden Center, and these items are not unique, but there is a reason that this place is packed. A lot of people complained about customer service recently, but I have only had positive experiences here. During Lent, I went at least once a week!

  I have not been to this place in years and they have changed for the worse. I came in on a Wednesday and waited patiently in line to get to the front of the cashier so I can pay for some tofu and Vietnamese pork sausage/bologna roll. I didn’t need any dessert so I didn’t ask the Hispanic ladies for assistance. Little did I know that when you get to the front of the line you’re supposed to get a number from one of their staff at the beginning of the dessert counter.The guy at the register rudely say I have to go back to the end of the line to ask one of his staff to give me a number. (Everyone in line saw that I have been there waiting patiently for my turn to pay and I’m sure he saw as well. I didn’t cut in front of the line.) So I told him that I have been in line all this time and far before any of these people here arrived. Plus, I didn’t need any desserts that’s why I didnt ask the staff for help. Had I known I was supposed to get a number, then maybe I would have! Point here is that he should have been more polite about things. Especially when I’m a customer that don’t know their store very well. Perhaps this establishment don’t care about customers anymore because they are so successful. They feel as though treating customers with respect has become irrelevant. Terrible terrible.

  Food was good, big portion sizes and I liked the size dishes. Staff was also very friendly. Wish they had this restaurant near my house. Price was average

  This place’s customer services have gone down hill over the years. I haven’t been to this store for three years and i had no clue i was supposed to get the number. I got in line like everybody else and since I didn’t need to order desserts so I didn’t ask the Hispanic ladies. When i get to the register to order soy milk, the cashier/boss just totally ignored us. When i asked if i could order soy milk and he yelled at me in front of everybody else that i needed to get a number. There’s no sign anywhere in the store saying we needed to get a number. The business process was different three years ago the last time i visited. This place does not need customers and they don’t value our presence. Doesn’t matter how good their desserts are, i’m not coming back.

  Too busy. Prices are rising faster than inflation. But, food is still relatively good.
